"In Service to One, in Service to All"
The Knights of Columbus is a global Catholic fraternal service order founded by Michael J. McGivney on March 29, 1882. Membership is composed of practicing Catholic men.
We are Catholic men who live by our core principles of Charity, Unity, Fraternity, and Patriotism. We provide programs that help the parish and the local, national, and international communities.
Our Pastorate is blessed to have two Knights of Columbus Councils.
Father McGivney Council No. 7025 is very active with programs and activities in Church, Family, Youth, Community, and Council. The Council is located near the intersection of Furnace Branch Road and Baltimore-Annapolis Boulevard in Glen Burnie, MD on McGivney Point. Members of the Council ONLY can inquire about Hall rentals by contacting Hall Manager John Gerard by phone at 410-852-6410 or by email.
For more information about the Fr. McGivney Council, contact Grand Knight Bill Penkala by email.
The St. Bernadette Council meets on the first and third Monday of the month at 7:00 pm. The first Monday is a business meeting and the third is a social or other activity. Visit council photo album.
The St. Bernadette council leads the Pastorate in praying the rosary on the 3rd Sunday of each month and the 5th Sunday of the month, following our 9:00 am Mass. The Rosary is usually live-streamed for those who are unable to attend physically.
The St Bernadette Council hosts the Family Movie Night every other month (even-numbered months) on the third Friday. Pizza and popcorn are served.
The Knights also hold a Pancake Breakfast on the months where there is no Family Movie Night (odd-numbered months). The Pancake Breakfast is held on the third Sunday with breakfast served between 9:00 am and 12:00 pm (Noon)
For more information about the St. Bernadette Council, contact Grand Knight Robert Welenc <[email protected]>. (Note: When asked on the registration form, our council number is 11214.)
